Summary
Daily Deen does not operate an advertising network, analytics service, account system, or cloud profile. Routine check-ins, preferences, prayer settings, and Tasbih counts are stored locally on your iPhone.
Information stored on your device
The app may store the following information locally:
- Completed routine and prayer check-ins by date.
- Routine visibility, appearance, and prayer calculation choices.
- Whether prayer reminders are enabled.
- Tasbih selections, targets, and counts.
- Prayer schedules calculated for upcoming days.
- Qur'an chapter text previously loaded for offline reading.
This information is not uploaded to a Daily Deen server. You can erase it from Settings in the app or by deleting the app.
Location and prayer reminders
If you enable Prayer reminders, the app requests foreground location permission. Your current coordinates are used on the device to calculate prayer times using your selected calculation and Asr methods. Coordinates are not saved in app storage and are not sent to a Daily Deen server.
The resulting reminders are scheduled locally through iOS for Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib, and Isha. You can revoke location or notification permission in iOS Settings at any time.
Qur'an text, translation, and audio
When you use the Qur'an library, the app connects to AlQuran Cloud to load chapter information, Arabic text, and the Pickthall English meaning. Full-surah recitation by Mishary Rashid Alafasy is streamed from the Islamic Network media CDN. Those providers may receive ordinary network information such as your IP address and user-agent as part of delivering content.

No advertising or cross-app tracking
The app does not include ads, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, data brokers, or behavioral profiling.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults. It has no account creation, public profile, messaging, or user-generated content.
Changes to this policy
This page will be updated before a release that materially changes data handling, adds a new provider, or introduces analytics, ads, accounts, or cloud sync.
